I visited the pub with one of my sims and caught the premade club Good Timers at an outing:

The catch here is that Jacques (to the left) is the godfather of the Villareal mob while Hank (to the right) is a police Lieutenant. I can only guess at the subtle threats they toss back and forth between them via innuendo and body language while playing.
