It's a picture from when I first got 'Get Famous'. Whenever I get a new pack, I just go to an empty lot to see all the new content that was introduced... and then use a test family to try everything out. I do the same with CAS as well.
Edit: Does anyone know how to make it so the picture itself appears in the comment?
