I saw someone else post in a different thread about not having issues with this until they moved apartments. Maybe I should try moving them out and back in or try resetting the dog?
I have noticed this also, however, my dog first was able to go by herself when we were in an apartment that we closer to ground level. When we moved to a high rise she was no longer able to go on her own.
