@drakharis - those are overlays. I don't know exactly where I got everything, but most of it comes from the link below. I love the look of her sims and she has her overlays and makeup listed. https://marsosims.tumblr.com/resources
To get the features, I just make the ears a little bigger, round the eyes, and elongate or round the face a little depending on what they naturally look like. I don't mess with their makeup unless it just truly looks bad, but I like for them to be recognizable to themselves.
