pregnant male sim

Male pregnancy is an option on CAS but I've not seen it automatically selected before.

On a similar topic, what's the point of the male/female body frame option? I get it that you can cross dress sims, or have male pregnancies for something different but having men with hourglass figures and women with square jaws and broad shoulders seems superfluous.

Did you download the sim? If so, the creator might've enabled pregnancy options for him in which case it'd be the same after you downloaded him.

There is one on CAS, actually. Under the male/female selector you can see the custom sex adjustments (or something like that. I have my sims on spanish so I dunno what is the name of this section on the english version). There, you can select if your sim can be pregnant, and yes, that includes male sims. This was added on one of the patches years ago.

I looked in cas but only saw clothing options and nothing about sex adjustments..


edit I found it.. and changed the setting, strange I have been playing ts4 since release and this is the first time it has happened.. thank you

Well, I tried entering CAS until that one showed up and when he did, he had the normal settings for a male. Not sure how he ended up eligible for pregnancy in your game. Odd!
