Thank you, I thought so. I was just curious who all people have found as tenants.

I got Kitty Lu with her 3 cats, which inspired me to turn her into Kitty Katzenschrei (german for catsscream) who is an elder double agent, nosey and a klepto (which Kitty Lu also is, so beware of that if you choose to rent to her...).
She always breaks into others homes, snoops around blackmails people, quite fun.

Ooo as someone with four cats I will have to keep an eye out for that one. I got the Boulder and Pawn seen on on the live stream. I also have one called Barbara crisp who is a cook which I thought was a little too ironic

I got Miss Kitty in my second apartment complex! crazy cat ladies unite!

Every household that is currently not in the world has a chance of appearing in the potential tenant pool (simple eviction through Manage Worlds should do the trick). However, if the household has a horse, they will never appear in the tenant pool.

Though there is the trait that is named trait_Hidden_NPC_TenantApplicant which every premade tenant has. What does it exactly do, I don't know.

Here's another one: ghost tenant. I got Felix Psyded as a move in (a former uni prof).

Yes some of them are supposed to be pulled by our unplayed households and I thought some were pre-made , I could be dead wrong
