which lots/ worlds are you playing?
there has been lots of lot related issues since DHD haven't had the issue in windenburg or forgotten hollow though
did you use curved walls or moo on those doors by any chance?
did you go to manage worlds and back?

All lots, all worlds, every structure, every save. No curved walls or moo.
Right now all sims are either trapped in rooms because the doors are gone, or they can't get in and out of their house because of no doors
