Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

@SimplyJen Thank you for responding, but yes, I tried restarting the computer too. And I tried logging out of the EA app and logging back in. No luck. I finally ended up contacting EA Help by email. I haven't heard anything back yet. Until I hear from them, I don't know what else to do. ?
