@DragonAge_300905 Thank you, but I checked Download Manager and Manage Add-ons both several times. Nothing under Downloads. And under Add-ons, Greenhouse Haven isn't listed, only Basement Treasures. The EA app doesn't recognize that I own Greenhouse Haven even though it's listed as purchased on my EA Account Purchase History. and I was sent a confirmation email when I bought it. Still no response from the email I sent EA Help. I guess I'll have to contact them again.
@DragonAge_300905 I think you're right about only buying one kit at a time and installing it before purchasing another. When I bought Greenhouse Haven through the app, I thought I'd be able to add Basement Treasures and buy both together, but I didn't get the option.
Honestly, I'm beginning to regret purchasing these kits. I own every pack and kit for The Sims 4, and I've been a loyal customer. I never had these issues until the EA App replaced Origin. Origin wasn't perfect, but this is ridiculous.
