Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

Great news! Soon after responding to the thread at answers.ea.com (as shared above by @illandrya), Greenhouse Haven finally showed up as owned in the EA App. I was able to download and install the kit. Crazy thing is, I still haven't heard back from anyone working on my "case." It still shows as In Progress with no update. I think someone connected to the EA answers forum must have helped me. ??
