Crazy thing is, I still haven't heard back from anyone working on my "case." It still shows as In Progress with no update. I think someone connected to the EA answers forum must have helped me. ??
Glad it worked finally for you! I haven't heard back on case either--I had to download origin and have origin install the kits (even though the whole time it says must use EA App in front of it) and then once it did that I deleted/switched back to EA app. They showed up in game fine...app still shows not purchased but that's clearly the app's issue.
