I haven't heard back on case either--I had to download origin and have origin install the kits (even though the whole time it says must use EA App in front of it) and then once it did that I deleted/switched back to EA app. They showed up in game fine...app still shows not purchased but that's clearly the app's issue.
@ashcrash19 Thank you! Glad you found a workaround. That's funny about Origin VS EA App. I tried using Origin but couldn't get around that EA Popup. You must have the magic touch! ?
