Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

E-mail always takes the longest when you're trying to contact support (not just EA). It's like they only have one day out of the week and one person responding to e-mails. Always use the Chat option if you can.

EA Cade I think might have helped you over there or forwarded the message to someone else. I've seen it done before for others.
