Purchased sims 4 packs but it tells me to repurchase?

My account is misha2011g and last year i purchased sims 4 cats and dogs and city living. I just logged back into my account and it went into sims 4 but it says it cant play because its missing 2 packs but it was working fine yesterday. I went into ea and went into purchases and it shows that i have not purchased anything. I even restarted my computer and deleted and downloaded ea again can someone please help because these were expensive!
