Purchasing a pack on Amazon - please help!

I'm trying to purchase the knitting pack on Amazon but the only buying option it has is "PC code - Origin"
It says that after purchase the game will appear in my games and software library on my Amazon account - how does this work?
are they going to send the code that I imput into Origin? do I have to sync my Origin account?

Please help, I don't understand what I have to do. Normally I just buy a code in a box but that option's not available.

    I would assume that you would be emailed a code for Origin, considering it mentions Origin, but I have never bought codes off of Amazon. I PayPal the packs.

    I also have never heard of a way to link those two accounts, either, so that seems unlikely.

    Buy the pack and enter your games library through Amazon (you should be able to find it in the drop down menu in the top right corner IIRC). Over there you will see a code for your purchased pack and all you have to do is go into your Origin account, choose the option ‘redeem code’ and copy the code you got from Amazon.
