Could you explain interactions on it? Are there different interactions when on a normal Residential lot?
Also, sizes. I know that there is one variant for outdoors (hanging sign) and one for walls.
Oh, and is there a way to cure sims from mold infection, or are they doomed to die once infected?
I won't post a pic, but the For Rent sign is the same footprint as a single mailbox, 0.5x2.
The interactions are:
- Ruminate on Renting - Gave me an Inspired +2 moodlet whenever I've used it so far
- Buy Residential Rental Property - Takes you to the map to buy lots)
- Move (fee) - Takes you to the map to move
- Change Visuals(?) - Not in game to check wording, but this adds the No Vacancies banner to the sign (I like to add it while all units are full).
The allergenic mold spores can be scrubbed off in the shower. I had to ask @Cinderellimouse about the toxic mold as I haven't seen that yet myself. She said that can also be scrubbed off. Unless you are a mold ghost, I guess.
