Haflingers weren't included in the Sims 3 either, so I was cool with making a custom breed either way. But Thoroughbred is there, awesome!
Interesting that Appaloosas and Nez Perce are both breed options, since the Appaloosas were bred by the Nez Perce. Although on the other hand, the current Appy breed standards have been influenced a lot by Quarter Horses so they look more like stock horses and the original Nez Perce horses were supposed to be very refined. The Louis and Clark explorers said they looked as refined as Thoroughbreds, so the Nez Perce breeders have been outcrossing with Akhal-Tekes to get back to the original breed standard.
Palomino isn't a breed though. ?
