Question about "bring out cake"
Is it correct the Sims must have a meal at a restaurant before ordering a cake? I just tried to order a cake after just requesting a table and it did not work. I have ordered many cakes after meals......

The table was very large - for 8 people - with 2 candles on the table. I will remove the candles for the next experiment. Also I should mention the restaurant is the Hogan's hamburger place. There was a lot of empty room at the back so I added tables behind the restaurant, a bar, a dj stand...so perhaps those additions made a difference. I will do some experiments -
