Question about City Living lot traits

Both gnomes and gremlins will come to fix/destroy if you have all Sims in that household sleeping before midnight. As for haunted, a ghost will usually appear around midnight every couple of days or so to haunt the night and break stuff usually. As with cursed, no ghosts come but you have a much higher chance of dying or having your objects break often, or get electrocuted, caught on fire, eating bad food, getting filthy a lot.
