When I created the holiday I chose "spooky spirit" as one of the activities and when the holiday rolled around, it said that I needed to interact with ghosts and other creepy things like that. How do I complete that? No ghosts or anything spooky appeared. And my child sims were pretty disappointed that they hadn't done everything.
Spooky Spirit also covers Aliens/Vamps as well, but if you don't have either of those, you're out of luck.
