Question about the RoM Sages

For both storyline and genetic purposes, I want my sim to marry and have children with one of the Realm of Magic Sages. But is that even possible? Will it bork up my game, if I try to do so? Or will the game simply generate a new Sage, to replace the one that moves in with my sim and such?

Does anyone know?

I had one of my female sims date all the Sages and she also got pregnant with Simeon Silversweater's baby. Please note Morgyn is infertile. I was also able to take control of them, by having them join my Sims family. At that point they ceased to be Sages and the game spawned new sages (different characters). Once I got control of them, I was able to save them in my gallery and later edit them. That's how I realised Morgyn can't get other sims pregnant by default (he is also androgynous - a male sim with female body frame). But if you edit him, you can change this (both the ability to get other sims pregnant and the body frame if you wish). After I changed that, I had him and my female Sim generate and raise a family. :)

@TARDISgrade Thank you so much for telling me of your experiences with the Sages! Especially of your experience with Morgyn. That's great that you were able to edit them so that they/he and your female Sim were able to have a family together. That's just what I'm going to try to do!
