Question, Can we not have a home Business?
I built a small apt behind my store, but when I went to move my Sims in it told me that they can only live on residential lots, Can we not have Home Businesses?

No but you could build a little "house" on the retail lot and now you can finally lock doors so you can keep employees and customers from going into your home away from home.
