Question for those who play with aging off??

I set goals and for sims and put so much work into them. I like for them to have very full lives and think that normal lifespan takes away from that, its way too short for me and I don't get to enjoy each life stage. What keeps me going are the stories I make up for them, and sometimes Ill spice things up. I age up when I am done playing that life stage and feel I have gotten everything I wanted from it. I actually didn't start doing this though until I started my main legacy and got really attached to each sim. I'm on generation 6 now and should probably be on 10 at this point. They are where I started keeping aging off because there are just too many of them and I enjoy rotating between each household.
