I have the Simintimates Kit & no I've never ever seen any townies where the undies in any of the Worlds. However, it's in Sleepwear only unless you x it out. As for the the new Pack it may be that the players that have early access have the new copy to all outfit wear & that's why it's showing up in their everyday, or they also just x it out.
