Me too, I just normally delete them, my sims don't know them. I just hate dealing with it I have stop my gameplay for a minute to delete the random sim, I remember 3 sims became best friends with one of my celeb sims while he was at the bar, all of them just spawn into the bar and never met him.
Also, one time Julia Wright became best friends with someone dog in my game and she never met the dog.
