but whenever i check the website or app i dont see anything !
there isnt any packs with 60% off now ?.???

I think that sale has already ended.
It is not on sale right now. Unfortunately, the holiday sale ended on Jan. 2, so we have to wait a little longer before the discount.

You might try the code resellers. They have the older EP always for 50 - 60% off. For example Horse Ranch is 68% off at CDKeys at the moment, at least in my world (EU). I bought all my stuff at those resellers in the recent years.
