11. Are we getting soccer nets too, or just soccer balls? Just balls probably.
12. Is the separated shower (with no built-in walls around it) from TS2 University returning? No
13. Do sims have to live on the campus or can they live in other worlds and still attend university? My guess is they can live anywhere, but it can go either way.
14. Are dorms shell buildings like City Living apartments or can we build them from scratch? Most likely reused feature directly from City Living, so no building from scratch.
15. Can sims have roommates in other worlds too, or is it exclusive to the university campus? Exclusive to campus most likely
16. Are there elevators? No
17. Are murphy beds returning? No.
18. Are vending machines returning? No
19. How many degree options are there? It depends on how they implement the degrees - I'm guessing 5-10
20. How long does a univerisity course last? Again, depends on how they implement the feature - I'm guessing a semester is at least a couple of sim days.
21. Are we getting more gym equipment (like exercise bikes or pull-up bars)? No

These aren't just predictions, they're pretty much certainties (give or take maybe a bullet point or two). Anyone who'd think otherwise hasn't been paying attention to the pattern of content released this year.

I would guess that, because not everyone owns every pack, degrees will be based on the base game careers only.

Maybe, but it would be nice if the degrees were different depending on what packs you have. So if you have C&D, DU would offer vet classes, but not if you don't.

I highly doubt this will happen because it wasn't an option in previous iterations, but I'm wondering if child genius Sims will be able to attend University. I think it would be very realistic if it were a thing. Back in high school, there was a genius child in my class who later entered University at the age of 11. I used to 'babysit' for him and his two siblings. Sometimes he'd do my homework. lol It should be a rare/special occurrence though. But like I said, won't happen. Fun to think about though. :)

How are dorm rooms locked and assigned?
How many Sims can share a dorm room?
How many branches in a new aspiration?
How many branches in a new career?
Why choose one college town over the other? What are the differences in choosing different college?
Greek Houses? Official or make believe?
Any open/handson teaching/tutoring assignments?
How many basegame objects, jobs and aspiration assets are reused in this pack? Such as how many 'work out' requirements etc. that are already in basegame etc and already in other existing careers? In other words, how many reused assets and interactions and skills and tasks that already exist. Will 'programming' task be reused for any college assignment or new career?

Is there any bodies of water sims can swim in in Brite Chester?

What if any cross pack content (like new clubs, fun interactions with weather, or well anything directly caring about other packs) is there if any? I know the answer is very little or none but I can hope.

From the gameplay trailer a sim had their toddler with them...still doesn’t answer if they can pregnant while there though
