Questions I hope the Life and Death EP Trailer answers

If we already have a Grim that we've taken out of the game to make a playable character, will this pack affect that existing Grim?

Will this pack affect any relationships that a pre-existing Grim in game already has? (my Grim is not about to divorce his wife and give up his 90+ kids)

Will this pack actually allow us to play the Grim Reaper as a fully functional character? (woohoo, dates, romance, wedding, babies, etc)?

Add your own questions. 🙂

Same. I do enjoy the occasional zombie movie, but I'll always take vampire over zombie movies. It will all hinge on what Sim zombies can actually do. If they're just a pain in the butt and wreak havoc or attack Sims, I'm pretty sure I won't want them. My scientist Sim might disagree, though... she's also a spellcaster, and she's taken her first steps in dabbling with the spiritual, so she might be very interested in zombies, too.

Cross pack integration would be cool :D

I'm very curious about what the new world will be like - mostly, if it's going to be some sort of underworld or at least something darker like we got with Forgotten Hollow.

Also, I'm curious if we get a new career, new traits and new skills, or rather, which ones.

I really hated the zombies in Sims 3. They did finally make it so you could turn them off thankfully but until then they were a nightmare, especially if you had a garden! And the whole eating your plants thing was just dumb and I don't care why they did it. So let us hope they have learned their lesson  and you can have the world of the pack sans zombies if that is your desire. I'd probably even play with them from time to time were it optional and they weren't rabid vegetarians.

  • I mean they could go all Walking Dead and, since it's The Sims, there would be a cure for zombies as well. In fact it would be kind of fun if you could be a scientist or doctor working on said cure to save the world.

Sims 2 zombies were weird because they didn't do a whole lot beyond being just worse than regular sims. Then Sims 3 did the very stupid cross-promotion with Plants vs. Zombies that ... if people wanted to play Plants vs. Zombies they would.

The reason I want zombies (or Frankensteins) is that I'm working on a big save file with lots of TV show and movie characters and I want to put both the Addams Family and the Munsters in. The Addamses have a questionably alive live-in butler, Lurch, and the patriarch of the Munster clan, Herman, is a Frankenstein (but a zombie could work).

People who aren't trying to do something like that might care about having new undead a lot less.
