Thanks for all the replying! I decided to disabled the mods to see if it will works, but when restarting the game, the 135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0] error message popped out. I searched it and found a way to fix it.
As for how to fix this, both your origin and game language have to be the same. Once done, go to repair the game then the missing text are back. It seems like the game somehow got confused by the language you've chosen to set from origin and the game itself. If your origin and game language didn't match, the game won't be able to determine which one should be used when launching the game. That's why my game will end up text-free because it didn't know what to choose when there are two different languages you're using.
