I made this vampire/werewolf couple in CAS together and loaded them as husband and wife. They have no friendship as you can see but pretty high romance. It's only been a few minutes playing them, but so far no fights, and conducting friendly and romantic interactions has required no effort at all.
It's taking me awhile to post my experiments because I am simultaneously trying to tackle a mountain of housework and experiment when I take breaks.
