I hate rudeness offline. But have you noticed how sims especially premades have no manners? It's like all the books on etiquette, which should be a legit skill for sims to learn instead of playing vid...

Absolutely. Sims do that waving animation all the time, except where it would fit best.
Some of my own:
1. When sims walk away from conversations on dates.
2. When my sim gets yelled at for "inappropriate" behavior when he uses the shower in the morning after spending the night.
3. When the welcome wagon arrives and they all head straight for my sim's pool, ignoring him completely.
4. When a visiting sim breaks my sim's toilet and then casually leaves.
5. When bartenders and baristas leave before they fulfill my sim's order.
6. When sims are like, "I should be leaving now," right after woohoo.
7. When sims tell me off for calling at 12:01 and then turn around and invite me to a party at The Bluffs at 3:30 in the morning.
