No aliens, vampires, ghosts, grim reaper, etc. Just what we have in the real world.
Fantasy
Aliens, vampires, ghosts, grim reaper, dancing skeletons, aliens probing your male sim's rear, etc. etc. etc.
Realism, but I throw some fantasy in when I feel like mixing it up. One of my families that lasted three months and five generations had one of the sons marry a blue alien I made. Their daughter was just a blue-skinned human. Lol.
