The Scare Seeker lot challenge trait adds a few perks, especially if you use it on a haunted lot or with a household where paranormal/ghost sims live or visit. It's easier to Attempt Communication with spectres and to remove haunted items. Also, I've gotten a lot of gifts from visiting sims that thank me for a scary good time--several skill books and some of the new freezer boney figures, fruit and flowers. I sell duplicates. Some of the skills books are worth 250+ simoleons each. 😉

How did you set up the Scare Seeker lot? The instructions say to go into Build Mode and use "Venue Info", and I can't find that setting anywhere.
