Received a partial refund but EA removed ALL packs from the order - HELP!

UPDATE: EA removed the sanction from my account but did not put the paid games back, so I was forced to do another chargeback. I'll think twice before I purchase another EA product in the future. ...

Ah ok. I didn't understand why you wanted only one game refunded. Now I understand that you did not get the For Rent Pack added. My only advice is to keep contacting them. I know lots of people have so many issues with EA that can be extremely upsetting. Hopefully you can get somewhere.
