I'd still recommend Seasons plus something like Outdoor retreat. It looks amazing in Winter being in a cabin with the fireplace going. Or it being hot with sims being annoyed by the bugs in that pack. Its definitely a good combo.
Get to work is still a decent pack though they still need to tweak some of the jobs in them. The scientist one of the most interesting careers in the pack. Though I whole heartedly feel like Seasons will be better since it really enhances the other packs.
Though it's whichever you choose to have fun with May e they'll have a summer sale soon. :)
