I wonder that myself sometimes.... maybe they did in the beginning.... but I'm sure threads like this that point out the obvious flaws and dissatisfaction of the whole charging us for recolored and recycled content while presenting it as new has got to sting,,.. they probably turn a blind eye to it.
The gurus are paid by EA to make a game that sells well to young new simmers while not hurting the sales numbers for TS3 too much. They seem to have done that very well.
But actually I am sure that they often look into our threads here. Mostly just out of curiosity and without much hope to find any new ideas here. We are alas not nearly as important to them as we would like to think that we are.
