Hate to see you're having troubles with this pack! Here on the forums, we don't have access to your account or billing information, so we're not able to process refunds, or move this pack to another EA account.
Live support would need to take another look with you and get a refund submitted or transfer that pack over- please reach out again from the help site here so they can explore your options.
