Regarding the rain gear, which outfit choice should I put it in?

I know they have this set up in Everyday, but I only want them wearing their rain gear only if its raining out. Where should this choice belong?

  • I read other simmers' posts saying that the sims do not change into rainwear when it's raining, and some thought it made no difference in how wet they got. You'll have to make them change outfits yourself, so put it in whatever category you find most convenient.

I put rain coats and stuff in the COLD category. That way, if it's cold, they can wear it or if it's raining I can change them into it easy enough. Either way, it covers both cases.
LOL when I did that to a toddler they cried they were hot and it was raining.

it'd make them hot if you wear it when it's raining and not cold
probably would have to add a copy of the same outfit to everyday as well in order to cover all the bases.
  • The only thing that annoys me about having the rain in everyday is when it’s bright and sunny but my sims randomly choose to wear their rain gear.
