Reinstalling Packs and Kits.

Hello,

Last night when I was playing my game, something went wrong were my game froze and I had to restart my laptop because of it. I had to restart my laptop again because of sound issues (Which is not related to the Sims 4, and I fixed that).

But then, when I got back into my game and onto the Gallery to download a room, I got a message about not having a pack that goes along with the game. And when I tried to add that room to my build, nothing showed up. This only happened three times, which is fortunately. Now, I have downloaded all the game packs there are, even before I played my game yesterday. The last one was the Restoration one.  After I finished playing my game, I had to redownload that one.

And the other thing about this incident was that it was on a new save.

This happened to me twice before with the Businesses and Hobbies and the Lovestruck packs. I've downloaded both, but then you had some patches to fix before I played my game. When I played my game, both packs weren't in it and I had to redownload them again. What ended up happening after I redownloaded these two packs was that I got double the worlds on an old save. But only one world in new saves.

How do I prevent this from ever happening  again?
