i dont get why we cant have bigger and better things in this day and age with technology being what it is. we now have games capable of huge mega-cities and small countries. not saying the sims needs to move to that, though it's interesting to wonder about. lol.
but for such a smaller scale game, i dont see what makes it so impossible to make a decent game without scaling back all the features.
just doesnt make sense to me. i wish the sims would move into the modern era, and really break some new ground. while at the same time returning to whats worked in the past. i'm on an 8 year old computer that still runs most newer games fairly well.
does this franchise really need to still run on pc's with sims 2 type specs. and no i didnt check sims 2's specs before saying this, so jump on if you must. all im saying is i think at this point they should be able to push somewhat further with technological advancement than where they been headed, and truly make an incredible game.
