Remove the lactose intolerance trait from cottage living

welp I'm ticked, my allergy to milk isnt some cutesy little trait you can add to the game as a personality quirk, to a sim. Not to mention with the current trait count lmao it would take 1 out of 3 sl...

if you didnt got it if you go to that one neighborhood in the pack that has a low eco footpring it will smog and sims will start coughing with asthma as a moodlet. it only happens in low ecofootprint neighborhoods.
