Remove the lactose intolerance trait from cottage living

welp I'm ticked, my allergy to milk isnt some cutesy little trait you can add to the game as a personality quirk, to a sim. Not to mention with the current trait count lmao it would take 1 out of 3 sl...

Some intolerances can be lethal or land you in hospital as I know, just sayin'

I'm just glad they didn't add gluten intolerance to the game. That's not something to laugh at.
