I don’t think either of them give a flat out and simple rental property. I only want to be able to make a single lot a rental.
I doubt there’s a true rental mod out there that lets you set individual lots as rental properties. Technically rental and residential are not two different lot types. The game just recognizes a lot as a rental lot when the world itself is a vacation world. A mod that lets you to have both residential and rental lots in the same world would require major changes to the game so I doubt that exists.
