I order straight away too and it usually arrives quite quickly. If I order a second course the order is taken straight away and arrives quickly too. Yeah I think the key to not having the long wait is ordering right away. It appears to be working on a first order first serve system.
Out of curiosity those having the long waits, are you guys ordering right away after being seated?
