Rich Sims

My richest sim is Bryce Courtland. He is the Willow Creek philanthropist. He spends money to enhance and perfect my sims community. It is him that sets up all the retail shops to function. :D

He has a gold digger after him and she convinced him to buy her her store. He doesn't know that she entertains other men in the apartment above it. Poor guy. He's such a sap for her beauty and her charms.

Now all she needs is to take some girls under her wing and she can be the Heidi Fleiss of your neighborhood, bankrolled by Mr. Courtland.

I did a challenge to gain 1 million with what every expansion pack gives you. I gave up at Get Together as its basically impossible to become a millionaire via what Get Together gives you, it was taking me ages and I hadn't even gotten to 100k yet. So the families I made for base game and Get to Work for that I guess LOL.

I put a mafia family in one of my neighborhoods and cheated some money so they could live in the appropriate mafia mansion. I'm not playing them much but they do have a few million simoleons. :p

... Which is pretty cool considering they started off as one of the poorest families around... 6 kids being raised by a deadbeat dad and a kleptomaniac mom. (Well, she would've been a true kleptomaniac if it existed in 4, but pickpocketing works, I guess.)
One of the families I rotate with. Eventually with them all at the top of their careers (except for one lazy one LOL) they racked up about a million or so via investing and working only. Currently half of them are now dead, and the last 4 are elders. They have like 4 kids to carry on their name though.

I don't have anyone rich right now.

My created family :) my female sim is a investor, her husband is a stay at home dad who takes care of their child, her brother/his brother in law buys retail stores fixes them up, runs it for a few sim weeks and then sales it for a bigger cash out (flip) they just made a million without cheats :D
