Once my Sim meets another Sim who he/she gets along with, they date one or two times and if they still seem to "click" they move in together and then we're buck to skillbuilding for the new Sim. Then they probably gets children and since the Sims never get tensed due to lack of romantic attention from their partner, romantic interaction is never a top priority.
I had married sims that refused to woohoo and even sleep in the same bed as their spouses because they have neglected the romantic interactions in their relationships. Not ideal situation if you want more children. :lol:
