I never had this or seen anything inappropriate in my game but you are better off just hitting the me too button on the big report. Not sure what you are trying to imply or accomplish. There are never and never will be any romantic options or interactions between the improper ages. Pedophile is just a standard overused term people throw around at every single possible opportunity and literally does not exist in the sims. It's obviously an unintended bug and it can't be fixed until they are able to reproduce the problem and find out what the cause is. Until then just cheat the romance bar away if you get one? That's what I would do if I ever see it.
It's just a game and like I said NO romantic interactions are possible. This is another case of simmers overracting to things.
