None of my sims have bedtimes, they typically go to bed when they are tired - though if it's like 2 am I may send the kiddos even if they aren't because they have school in the morning. That's generally more than enough time to refill energy before they have to leave. Toddlers in most of my saves are glued to their Wabbit Tablets, so they do that and sleep and not a whole lot else! My YA sims have college and parenting and skill learning and whatever to do, and my Adult sims switch college for careers. I keep them hopping. They're all very tight-knit families too, with full friendship bars, best friends, the whole nine.
