Sarah Holding says that TS4 tech is more limiting than TS3 was.

After seeing this I know that there is hardly any chance of toddlers coming back. If they can't even add more beards due to the 'limited tech' I guess they can't add burglars, firemen, dishwashers, trash compactors and all the other missing features.
Hopefully they figure out a way for this not to happen.
