Honestly, the premade 50x50 lot could probably be used very well for this practically as it is. I would just change out a couple of the existing furniture options, get rid of the horse training objects in the yard, and throw in a few cobwebs and wall cracks from the decor catalogue. Plus maybe add a few mosquitos and such to the pond.
